By conducting a search of registered trademarks, we will determine whether another entity does or does not have a trademark registered for the same or similar sign as yours. The search is essential, as it will help us identify whether your trademark is eligible for registration and your chances of registering it. We will also discuss the possibility of your sign constituting a trademark. We will prepare conclusions and recommendations for you. Price: EUR 350 excluding VAT. - if, based on the recommendations from the search, the client proceeds with step 3 with us within 7 calendar days of the search being sent to the client, instructs us to prepare the trademark application, and the application is filed and the official fee is duly paid by the client within two weeks of the request for payment, the price for this step is included in the price of the step 3 service.
We will prepare a trademark application for you, including a list of goods and services according to the specific registration class. Subsequently, after approval of the wording of the application, we will file it with the competent registering Office and inform you about the registration process and its progress. The price does not include legal services for the client in the event of opposition proceedings filed by a third party or any other legal advice for the client. If a reimbursement scheme provided through the SME Fund grant scheme “Ideas Powered for Business SME Fund” is open, it is possible to obtain a refund of the trademark application fee and the fee paid for it (in the past, 75% of the fee, up to a maximum of EUR 700). The grant may be used only if it is awarded by the SME Fund. The possibility of applying for the grant depends on the announcement of the grant scheme, and there is no legal entitlement to its award.
